By using Snowyweeb ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. Snowyweeb provides Crunchyroll Premium subscription services including instant accounts, account upgrades, and shared account access. These are digital products delivered electronically.

2. Account Usage Rules

When you purchase or are assigned an account through Snowyweeb, you agree to:

• Not change the password of any account provided to you
• Not modify profile settings, display names, or avatars on shared accounts
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Use the account for personal streaming purposes only
• Not attempt to transfer ownership or resell the account

3. Digital Products

All products sold on Snowyweeb are digital in nature. Delivery is either instant (for instant accounts) or within 20 minutes (for account upgrades). Once an account is delivered or an upgrade is applied, the product is considered fulfilled.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us through our Discord server and we will work with you to resolve it. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: attempting to exploit our systems, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or violating any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

Snowyweeb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Crunchyroll, Sony Pictures, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller providing access to premium streaming services at competitive prices.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated through our Discord server.
